The place I stayed at was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed relaxing in the spa bath; it was conveniently located near the ferry to Kangaroo Island and the golf course, making it a great spot to unwind morning and evening for $253.

had a such wonderful stay for two nights, everything was awesome. they placed us in a suite which was spotless and huge. the location was marvellous to the ocean in the distance and the staff here was awesome. plus, it was near to eateries.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in a wonderful setting so close to beautiful beaches. And near to Links Lady Bay Resort as well as Normanville, Victor Harbour and especialy Goowa...

The Lady Bay Hotel is an excellent choice, everything is well-maintained. the breakfast is sensational, offering a variety of delicious options, and the staff are absolutely brilliant. the hotel's location is stunning and pleasant, conveniently situated near the ferry to Kangaroo Island, a beautiful beach, and perfect for a romantic getaway. It's also close to all the attractions we wanted to explore. We appreciated the quick check-in and on-site parking options, along with the late check-out. it was a fabulous experience!

Its service was good. Booked a room with stunning views of the sunset and grazing kangaroos. The location seemed beautiful and wonderful to the ocean in the distance.

This COMFORTABLE hotel has good views, heated pool and free parking on-site. The location is stunning, 1 mile from Banksia Park. It's in a nice building in the lovely area.

We really enjoyed our stay and had a nice couple of days overall. the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. the central location was definitely a bonus. 😊.

The view was good, the room very clean and very comfortable. The staff were excellent, very informative of the area and very friendly. The meals in the cafe were very good as the Restaurant was not open on the two nights that we stayed.

Very relaxing

Was disappointed we were not told a wedding was in the restaurant - we came for a get away and a 'reconnection' as I had been away overseas. It was Darrel's birthday so wanted a special dinner on the saturday night and the manager of the cafe was totally stressed and service average. We also could not use the pool for couple of hours due to the wedding and that was part of our relaxation. Someone should have contacted us and advised as probably we would have changed the weekend. Just as a sidenote - we had a spa, were careful but I slipped on the bathroom floor, hurting my hip. The tiles are very very slippery even when not wet.

I had a great experience at this place with delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast, a beautifully designed modern unit with incredibly comfortable beds, and staff that were extremely helpful.

Location

I booked a room and was not told that the room was for predominately wheelchair guests. All power points and benches were very low and unusual bathroom. lack of info in room. No paper in the mornings. Very frugal on condiments eg coffee/tea. No welcoming in the room eg no light considering we stayed 2 nights and arrived late on the first night due to work commitments A little bit disappointed considering the cost.

This place is in a fantastic location with nearby markets and shops, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, addressing all our issues.

The spa in bathroom is excellant.
